Job Description
- Individually contributes to achieving the department’s short term objectives through front line showroom selling, delivery of high-end customer service and in-store merchandising in line with brand and division requirements.
- Interacts with external walk-in customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Participates in stock auditing with the internal and external auditors.
- Ensures safety and security of products and store at all times.
- Arranges and maintains the display.
- Maintains sales and promotional materials.
- Develops and maintain the customer database.
- Responsible for stock – Outlet material.
- Responsible to keep the stock in good condition (Price tags, clean and stored properly).
- Responsible for registering the sales (Cash/ Credit Sales).
- Maintaining accurate customer database.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing is a must, degree is preferable
- Minimum of 2-3 years in sales retail fashion.
- Luxury experience is a must.
- Must be a Saudi national or a current resident in Saudi Arabia with valid Iqama.
- Highly motivated and self-starter.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-controlled work ethics
- Able to function independently and as a part of team
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, preferably with Arabic speaking
- Knowledge on Arabic culture, market and local fashion trends is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite
