Job Description

  • Customer/Supplier: Internal/External
    • To secure new accounts for Pepsi availability by negotiating display and exclusivity agreements.
    • Responsible for FOC distribution with customers
  • Operations 
    • Assists the Account development supervisor in territory problem solving & collections.
    • Ensures that all Vansalesmen are maintaining their Executioner planners. 
    • Ensures that Customer complaints are made by the cooler department.
    • Implement higher standards of market execution & specific promotions in model shop
  • Strategy
    • Works towards achieving own set
  • Analysis
    • Gathers and analyses easily available data to provide information towards making short term operational decision.
  • People Management
    • Guides van salesmen during a project and serves as a mentor to new employees within the sales function. 
    • Provides input in determining priorities, assigning responsibilities and may provide input on performance of team members.
    • Help Account development supervisor in training Customer Representatives if needed
  • Innovation
    • Identifies needs and improvement opportunities in existing customers.
    • Provides recommendation for innovative solutions to next level of managers to facilitate changes or improvements at a process level

Skills

  • 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably beverages
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and sales related software
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. 
  • Light vehicle license is a must
