Technician - RFR

This role will manage the preventive maintenance and repair services of Temperature Control units on commercial vehicles.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of reefer units to ensure proper functioning.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on reefer equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in reefer maintenance.
• Ensures that all health and safety policy and internal procedures are followed.
• Maintains records of active operational hours for all units
• Provides mentoring and coaching as required to new drivers and junior technicians
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical and regulation publications.

• High school Degree
• Ability to work outdoors in a very demanding environment
• Minimum 5-years experience in RFR units maintenance
• Good English communication skills; Bilingual is a preference (e.g. English and Hindi / Arabic)
• Physically fit
