System Administrator

• Technical role, works in a team, manages and configures systems, datacenter, servers, ensuring availability, performance and security.
• Windows and Exchange servers’ infrastructure administration and performing operational support activities (installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning)
• maintenance, capacity planning, and monitoring of critical Storage Area Networking (SAN) mainly DELL EMC Storage
• Oversee Windows sever and Dell storage infrastructure to ensure that best practices are in place and the infrastructure is optimized for performance and reliability
• Provide technical Knowledge and Experience in the design, installation, configuration, and implementation of VMware and other virtualization products and services
• Systems, Data Center, Servers Configuration
• incident and problem handling
• Administration of Systems, Data Center, Servers
• Vendor co-ordination for support and requirements
• Scoping and Design
• Respond to SOC and NOC tickets and apply all fixes and recommendation communicated by the security consultant
• Review Performance, Availability & Capacity of Systems, Data Center, Servers
• Conducts presentation or training sessions as per ABA requirements
• Shall be responsible and be compliant with ABA IT Division's security policies and procedures
• Shall be responsible for the protection of ABA IT Division's information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction and/or interference thereby ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
• Shall be responsible for reporting any security events, potential incidents and/or other threats

 Minimum education and/or qualification

• Bachelor Degree in IT
• Professional certification in VMWARE, Windows Servers and Dell Storage
• 4 Years in Systems Administration and Disaster Recovery Site
