Senior Editor

A Senior Video Editor is responsible for delivering cinematic, high-quality edits for commercials, brand films, event openers, and corporate content. This role requires strong narrative instincts, advanced technical skills, and excellent workflow discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to create videos that are artistically interesting and appealing to the client
• Work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
• Provides operational guidance & consultation to maintain & ensure that the system & device are functional.
• Meets deliverables and deadlines for projects assigned by his/her superior
• Participate in organizing and maintaining a network storage library for media files by applying to the Post editing standards.
• Render video and audio for different delivery methods
• Lead major edits from rough cut to polished final delivery.
• Shape pacing, rhythm, narrative, and structure.
• Perform advanced color grading in DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri.
• Integrate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and compositing from After Effects.
• Maintain clean timelines, media organization, exports, and project workflow.
•  Look at the work from the point of view of the customer/client examine how the videos will be developed
• Conducts research on new technologies which arise within the field market
• Ability to think of new approaches to communicating new ideas to clients/customers
• Acquires training that are beneficial to work and improve high quality standard
• Representing the company in front of clients when required. 
• Collaborate with the Director and Creative Producer to execute creative direction.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s/University Degree in Filming/Video making/Graphic Design is preferred.
• Strong storytelling instincts and editorial rhythm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field of editing and in the photography and videography Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Editing, Post-Production, Media Arts, or related field.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.
• Technical Requirements
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Intermediate After Effects skills.
• Strong color-grading ability in DaVinci Resolve is a big plus
• Familiar with complete post-production pipelines.
• AI enhancement/editing tools experience required.
• 3D max / CINEMA 4 D / MAYA (3D software)
