Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving minimum of 1000 invoices per day.
- Ensuring all documents are marked received by the customer i.e. with Stamp and Receiving Signatures.
- Ensuring all deliveries and returns are reflected against the invoices , LPOs, GRNs and its equivalent.
- Ensuring All returns are supported with credit notes.
- Ensuring All delivered invoices are accounted for and received within 1 to 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Maintaining and updating Excel application based Reports
- Archiving of Documents and Registry in File Trail system.
- Responding to email correspondence whenever required.
- Flexibility to respond to other jobs for the purposes of leave covers as required by Distribution Management.
Skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Intermediate MS Office Application Skill i.e. Excel and Word.
- Document Archiving skills
- Bilingual – Speaks English and other native language.
- With good attention to details.
- Preferably with Bachelor degree related to Commerce
