OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This senior-level role drives business growth in Imaging product lines by executing sales strategies aligned with unit and principal objectives. Responsibilities encompass leading a sales team, optimizing sales processes, managing CRM data, providing accurate sales forecasts, and collaborating with stakeholders to define departmental priorities. The position requires strategic leadership, process optimization, and a deep understanding of sales operations to achieve long-term objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive and effective market business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by the Business Unit Manager.
- Communicate sales operations requirements in an accurate and timely manner as directed by his line manager
- Analyze the changing market environment and customer requirements and provide marketplace issues results and feedback with the Business unit Manager.
- Develop strong customer relationships and communicate their needs and goals between other company team members.
- Accountable for delivery of revenue and profit assigned by the business
- Ensure a growing relations with external parties by maintaining a constant communication and coordination with clients and suppliers to ensure business continuity.
- Deliver and provide support to customers inquiries, negotiate pricing & offers with vendors to best meet the business requirements.
- Prepare quotations and feasibility studies.
- Follow up on agreements and tenders submissions related to his specialty.
- Review receivables & payables regularly and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment
- Extend their market research and define Market coverage needs and discuss market expansion and future opportunities with the business unit manager.
- Ensure product inventory related to their specialty is updated and avoid commitment that may destroy reputation of the principal by closely monitoring inventory report through supply chain data and customer service.
- Use customer satisfaction and complaints data from the quality assurance to gain insights to enable sound business decision making and maintain high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor supplier performance evaluation and coordinate further mitigation plans.
- Coordination where applicable with the all parties including the customer service and project team for a project is related to their department till ending the project.
- Submit all required documents and sign the hand over certificate by the customer
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our equipment and service after delivery.
- Prepare a monthly /quarterly forecast.
- Prepare a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Report.
Skills
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University Degree with a medical background Biomedical Engineer, Radiographer.
- Advance knowledge of Medical Imaging.
- Masters is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience handling Sales of Medical Imaging for at least two of the following modalities: MRI/CT/X-Ray/Cath-lab/Gamma Camera/PET-CT
