Job Description
- Responsible for acquiring new customers in mobile and accessories and retaining existing customers through selling and promotion of products and services; contributing to the department’s achievement of allocated monthly sales target, while generating new opportunities to increase market share of Mobility retail sectors.
- Competing within a highly demanding business activity towards acquiring new prospects/projects/business leads and project executions and market expansion.
- Individually contributing role works towards achieving set monthly targets through the merchandizing, Distribution and Sales of products in the assigned routes in line with Company and principal objectives.
- Works with specified defined set guidelines such as fixed journey plan, availability model and specific sales initiatives.
- Decision making limited to immediate and everyday issues, and works within specifically defined division and principal guidelines and procedures. Decisions are limited to addressing basic customer and complex operational issues are escalated to the next line of management.
- Responsible for interacting with Customers for Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, stock rotation collection and establish good relationship with Customer
- Manages a dual category within his range portfolio
- New product introductions
- Operate efficiently allocating proper time for each Customer
- Update the data base of Trade Asset.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity report.
- Provide leave coverage when required
- Generating new sales that will establish client-supplier business relationship.
- Develop a customer leads through networking and create unique approach over competitors
- Conduct market trend observation and document behavior for sales approach reference based on competition activities and provide input to assist management in the strategy and overall sales approach.
Skills
- Graduate of Sales/Marketing or Business Administration or any business related course.
- Strong command of English and Arabic (both Oral & Written)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales from Mobile and accessories industry.
- Experience in similar industry is an advantage
- Experience in building sales and sales account retention
