Job Description
- Achievement of sales (value and volume) and collection objectives.
- Excellence in availability: ensure sufficient stock cover, efficient order taking and tracking of order processing & delivery.
- Effective implementation of central/local activities through timely selling of trade marketing promotions, and display implementation.
- Understanding of available opportunities and reporting to Supervisor.
- Timely and accurate reporting regarding competitor's activities.
- Strong communication skills with the trade and within the company.
- Ensuring executing Plan-o-gram, correct prices, and POSM plans.
- Following up for statements, payment issues and reconciliations.
Skills
- Diploma graduate of Marketing or Business Administration or any business related course.
- An overall of 8 years of experience in Sales (with a minimum of 5 years in GCC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- With Valid Qatari/GCC light vehicle driving license is a must
- Functional knowledge in MS Office.
- Demonstrated organization skills
- Can work independently with minimum supervision while under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and maintain customer focus
