Job Description
- To consistently deliver the highest level of Beauty treatments for female clients.
- Ensure all services are completed to excellent technical standards.
- Provide clients with a thorough consultation to understand their needs and expectations.
- To follow all protocols set down in the standard operating procedures to ensure all treatment are carried out in line with ABA brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of own work areas and equipment and of the salon and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the Brand standard ambiance and atmosphere of the treatment room is consistently maintained.
- Demonstrate high standards of punctuality and good time-keeping.
- To attend company and team meetings and departmental / product training as reasonably required.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the ministry and the salon`s policies.
- To undertake any necessary work or engagement in the betterment of the business during downtime such as; cloakroom assistance, reception, laundry or providing advice to clients on the shop floor.
- Meet departmental targets for client retention, requests and re-bookings
- Assist in all areas of salon operation as requested by management.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a professional salon environment.

Experience in manicure, pedicure, gel, everlasting and acrylic services.

Demonstrable experience of delivering customer excellence

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets.

Sales / retail ability or experience.

Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team.

A high level of professionalism and understanding of client confidentiality.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.

Must be flexible and prepared to work evenings weekends and Holidays.

Must adhere to salon standards of exceptional personal grooming, representing the ABA Beauty brand to the highest of standards.
