Job Description
OBJECTIVE
This individual contributor role ensures proper roll-out of Key Account Plans as per Principal strategy and Company guidelines. The role is responsible in delivering the Key Account Sales Budget on a monthly basis in addition to being responsible for implementation of plan-o-grams, secondary placement and activations within the allocated trade spend.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to ensure adequate stock availability in the channel
- Maintain the Visibility
- Responsible for stock rotation
- Work within allocated Trade Spend as determined by the Division Manager
- Read and understanding of Customer Sales Analysis, Agency/ Brand and ROI.
- Provide in-market information such as RSP surveys, competition activity, display pictures, etc.
- Guide and supervise merchandiser on the retail floor
- Show creativity in-market execution within set guidelines by brand owners
Skills
- Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent. University Degree holder preferred.
- Qatari/ GCC driving license is mandatory
- At least 3-4 years background in a distributorship/ multinational Mobility business.
- Experience in similar field and/or capacity is a plus.
- Demonstrated business acumen – planning, negotiation, presentation skills, analytical and influencing skills
