Junior Supervisor II

·         Support and assist daily procedures of the section assigned to ensure smooth flow of work. This involves working closely with Section Manager to supervise and assist operations of other sections. The position will be acting as supervisor for small sections and in the absence of supervisor

·         Check product merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed.

·         Direct and supervise stockers engaged in sales, inventory-taking, performing service for customers on catering the required to the customers

·         Report any product merchandise discrepancies, disposals based on inventory, profit and loss to the Section Manager

·         Keep records of purchases and sales

·         Check sales activities daily turnover

·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·         Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

·         Refer to any problem that arises to next level, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

·         Check the daily operations in the department.

·         Ensure safety rules, production and sanitation standards are met.

·         Monitor and motivate staff in accordance with company policy and procedures.

·         Assisting Section Manager with maintaining company goals.

·         Establishing and assigning the duty shifts of stockers at the section and scheduling break periods, work hours, and vacations in the absence of Section Manager

·         Check employees’ daily duties

·         To understand the needs of the employees and convey them to the Section Manager.

·         At least High School Level

·         3-year experience in retail or hospitality of which minimum 1 year should be of a supervising role.

·         Have strong communication skills.

·         Language Speaking: (English, French and Basic Arabic).

·         Ability to delegate, assist and supervise workings of subordinates

·         Must be able to interact with all levels of management
