Job Description
- Responsible to install, maintain configure hardware and software systems according to company policies. Troubleshoot and repair network and software components.
- Assist the IT Supervisor in the day-to-day administration and support in all aspects of IT as well as play a supporting role in Report generations.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software following installation specifications within the organization
- Responsible for troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
- Recording problems and their solutions for future reference.
- Test network and server systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Serves as technical resource to business.
- Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.
- Prepare and run reports for stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor Degree in any Computer related courses
- Relevant IT Certificates in Hardware and software’s
- 2-3 years of experience in various systems applications
- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills and generate accurate report
