E - Commerce Coordinator

·       Primarily focus on the upload, management, and maintenance of beauty brand products on the new website, with some involvement in fashion products.

·       Ensure that beauty products are accurately represented, with high-quality content and up-to-date listings including details such as pricing, packaging, and product descriptions.            

·       Work closely with beauty brands to gather product details, images, and other content, ensuring the seamless integration of beauty products into the e-commerce platform. Additionally, the role will involve supporting fashion brand content to create a balanced online shopping experience.

·       Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that all beauty SKUs are available and updated across e-retailer platforms. 

·       Oversee the accurate upload of product content for both beauty and fashion brands, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.         

·       Conduct regular checks of product listings to ensure all information is up-to-date and correct.       

·       Assist in organizing e-commerce photoshoots, and work with external teams to ensure shoots align with brand expectations.          

·       Ensure timely, accurate, and visually appealing product representation online.

·       Collect high-quality images, product details, and other necessary content from brands for online listings.

·       Ensure content for beauty products is of the highest quality, consistent with brand aesthetics, and optimized for online viewing.

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent

·       Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in Ecommerce

·       Beauty industry experience is a plus

·       Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

·       Knowledge of CMS (Adobe Commerce Magento knowledge is a plus)

·       Good verbal and written communication skills

·       Good contracts negotiations skills
