Job Description
- En-cash petty cash cheque as & when instructed by accountant from other ABA divisions
- Supporting Finance Team in submitting & collecting cash, cheque, documents to & from the bank.
- Transporting staff in between accommodation & production place.
- Facilitates completion of medical & visa office related requirements for new staffs.
- Assist new staff for the purchase of basic accommodation needs.
- Ensure on time renewal of vehicle registration.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Perform other task as maybe assigned by the Production Coordinator or the Finance Team
- Observes & analyzes the performance of the vehicles assigned to him and gives the report to the next level management.
- Mentors new Messengers when required
Skills
- Must have a valid Qatar Manual Light driving license
- Minimum 10th standard education qualification
- Physically & mentally fit
- Good knowledge on the road network
- Elementary knowledge of English & Arabic language
- At least 2 years of experience as company driver
- Experience with the similar post is an advantage
- Defensive driving skills
