Job Description
- Provides leave coverage when required.
- Reviews and updates planogram with counter supervisor.
- Suggesting to the counter in-charge new product or mixes required by the customer.
- Responsible for displaying of products according to principal planogram.
- Interacting with consumers to survey the quality of the products.
- Through positive interaction and responsiveness ensures customer satisfaction.
- Analyses stock movement trends to provide reports on non- moving and slow moving stocks.
- When required mentors new counter sales.
- Uses visual creativity in displays to ensure product off take.
- Works towards achieving the counter monthly budget.
Skills
- Secondary School Level
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales
- Articulate
- Good communication skills
- Valid Qatar Driving license is a plus
