Supervisor Dark Store

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supervisor for our Dark Store operations. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Dark Store, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Job Responsibility:
• Supervise a team of Dark Store staff including pickers engaged in sales, inventory-taking, packers; performing service for customers on catering the required to the customers and delivery drivers, and provide training and guidance as needed.
• Report any product merchandise discrepancies, disposals based on inventory, profit and loss to the department head/section manager
• Delegate work activities to 3^rd party employees such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays
• Oversee operations of other sections when section manager or supervisor is on leave.
• Keep records of purchases and sales; monitor sales activities daily turnover
• Follow-up customer concerns/ complaints and examine discrepancy reports.
• Monitor the inventory levels in the Dark Store and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as order processing time, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all Dark Store employees.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer complaints or issues related to Dark Store operations.

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics operations.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to delegate, supervise and evaluate workings of subordinates
• Must be able to interact with all levels of management
• Graduate in Commerce, BBM, BBA etc. or related course
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hypermarket, Ecommerce or Online service providers in supervising role
• Strong computer skills required with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and retail system
• Have a strong communication skill.
• Language Speaking: (English, French and Basic Arabic).
