Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and performance of our E-Commerce platforms in Hypermarket, retail division or F & B.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the end-to-end Ecommerce operations, and optimizing the customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability of the division.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end E-Commerce operations, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize digital marketing, CRM and SEO strategies to drive traffic to the website
- Optimize the E-Commerce platforms for a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to E-Commerce operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce and online retail.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Must have 10 years of experience in retail or F&B out of which at least 5 years in managing e-commerce operation.
- Experienced in Managing food and merchandise delivery,
- Proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a hypermarket / retail industry and F & B.
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in ORACLE / ERP.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on driving results and meeting targets.
